Yeah. Couldn't punch it in from 2 yards out. Our vaunted O line that was supposed to be the team's strength choked on it again. Instead of the easy 3 we didn't get anything. Next series two dropped deep passes one sure TD from Stepherson. Goes deep on an easy 3rd and 3.

Syracuse's secondary is greener than ours and are as bad at tackling. If Kelly's smart he can probably score every offensive possession. We punted once and choked on the goal line once. They haven't stopped us.

Problem is even when our defense makes a stop some idiot commits a penalty.

This game is borderline ridiculous. Don't understand how the oline is so horrible at run blocking, as bad as the dline is at run stopping....despite the offensive explosion by the Irish, this game so sloppy.

I don't want to make excuses for our poor defense but a big reason why we have so few sacks is because we play teams that pass the ball less than 2 seconds. Near impossible to get acsack when teams play that fast.
