William Andrews was the best Falcon ever for a short career.
How many people realize he had more yards rushing than Walter Payton over his first 5 seasons, and Sweetness was in his prime. He was also the best blocking back in the game and he could catch the ball.
Too bad he suffered catastrophic damage to a knee, shredded nerves and all.

Knees used to be much more problematic. Curt Warner also had the potential to be one of the best of that generation. :(

I'll go homer and say David Johnson.

Leads in TD's & yards from scrimmage.

Elliot isn't even MVP of The Cowboys after 6 games.
Cole Beasley?[/QUOTE]
Cole Beasley is and always will remain the underrated, just like Witten. I would also check those stats on Elliot

that quote isn't from me.

Shit got all messed up in here earlier.

Cole Beasley has a chance to be the modern Lenny Dykstra, of football. I'm he does some serious drugs, quick.

Dude is so good.

It hurts me that you would've taken Abdullah had we not snatched his tiny hands up.

(I wanted Coleman.)

Thank you Detroit Lions. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good .

Why are people down on Ryan as a QB. Dude wins at home, wins on the road, consistently a top 10 QB in his career. Sure he isn't a Brady or Rogers career but Matt Ryan is a very good NFL QB and has been since he entered the league as a rookie. I don't get the disdain. Plus he's a great guy who never gets into trouble and never misses a game.

MVP who's team is 4-2? 5th place in the NFL while tied w/ 6 other teams in that spot?

Agreed... Phillip Rivers is all the above too... Neither are MVP material IMO....

I like Ryan. I think his teams inability to do anything substantial in the playoffs reflects on him. Right or wrong, a QB will always be judged on playoff success.

you talking about Romo? sure could be. I'm thinking you have a much less opinion of Romo than Ryan and most likely hold Ryan in much higher esteem and that's a mistake.

Many said before 2009 it was about winning a playoff game, now it's a championship, to which I tend to agree.
Ryan? Same deal

Consistently? No. Both are fully capable of winning it on a given year though

Ryan is much more dependable than Romo. Of course Ryan is much younger though so who knows how fragile he will be in 5 years. Plus Tyans teams have had far more regular season success
