Well...motherfucker....I know I saw some of you on this thread calling for such a lopsided win. And I thought you were just being an amazing and crazy fan. Take me back a day and I still will think that. But god damnit you were right.

I was so certain that these were two teams that were going to duke it out...toe to toe all game. I didn’t panic on the opening TD by Minny. Not anything like the younger “here we fucking go again” me would have done. I knew we would stay with them. But holy fucking shit was that amazing.

The D was simply incredible....as I knew they would be. But....even more so. It was that offense, that passing game. The play calling and prep. The double moves all night. These guys looked at film and found a weakness in what seemed to be a secondary without weakness. And they killed them all night. Nick fucking Foles was there and on point. He moved around with a lot more agility than I thought possible. Not quite Wentz in that....but so much closer to him.

All of us faithful phans deserved this. But....we deserve so much more. Let’s go get it!

I am a 42 year old man. My earliest football memory was SB XV. It was watching a family gathered and excited for a team that had just squashed their ultimate enemy. There was so much hope that it was our time. But it wasn’t. It was much the same in 2004 (fucking payback time). Ever since that one cold night in 1981 I have been hooked on the Eagles. I have waited for this. I watched the 08 Phillies do it. I shed a tear. I loved it. But all I could think was how I need to see the Eagles do this.

It’s going to be a long two weeks to lead up to this. Two weeks to lead up to hopefully see what all of us have waited so long to see. One more game. Let’s fucking do this!!

Fuck whatever happens in Minny (with respect). This is the point all phans clamour for. The shot to finally do it. We’ve learned just hard it is to get back to this point. Now is the time to take the best shot and just do it. Anything else with another decade of Wentz coming back is just gravy beyond that point!

Yeah....my ass is all over the map today. Hedging.....boisterous confidence. It will settle down.

I want to dynasty smash as well. Hell...I was routing for the Jags hard yesterday. Not because I would rather have face them then the Pats (I would rather have faced their Offense more than Brady....but defense was about a wash). I cheered like fuck for them because I am ready to see the dynasty fall no matter what (well.....if it was Cowboys - Pats in the SB I might just not bother tuning in).

I could watch these videos all week. This is a special group. Like everyone says, the team is never the same the following year even if the vast majority of the 53 are back.

I'm grateful to be able to watch this team one more time.
