Copeland should have been gone last year. Dude broke his neck against Oregon and that is a touchy issue.
Are they going to allow him to finish his degree on scholarship?Copeland should have been gone last year. Dude broke his neck against Oregon and that is a touchy issue.
I doubt it, looks like he got busted with drug charges multiple times, and my guess is he slipped up again since he was one of the guys that was "red carded" or some stupid bullshit for the spring game. Are they going to allow him to finish his degree on scholarship?
To be completely accurate he is now a former staffer. His attempts to try and cover up this incident from the police and the coaches led to his contract not being renewed.
Michigan has no ground to stand on...
Michigan Football: Grant Perry Should Not Be Back With Wolverines
Ummmm just because he took a plea deal doesn't mean he wasn't guilty of the other crime. You do know how plea deals work, right? And now Michigan will have the distinction of having the last two Big Ten players to be playing for their team after being convicted of a felony.
So his charge is simply resisting arrest. Sexual assault charges dropped. So, like I said, it was good to wait for this to play out because the actual crime he's guilty of is less severe than when this story originally came out.
It definitely means he is not charged with, or convicted, of sexual assault.Ummmm just because he took a plea deal doesn't mean he wasn't guilty of the other crime. Except he was actually charged. In order to have charges dropped, they have to be brought up on them. He took a deal because he knew he was guilty of it. You really have no idea how plea deals work.It definitely means he is not charged with, or convicted, of sexual assault.
and OJIt definitely means he is not charged with, or convicted, of sexual assault.
"In exchange, prosecutors dropped two counts of misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and an alcohol charge." Good thing he had a well paid for lawyer. Does not mean he didnt commit the crime. But hey glad Harbs let him back on the team before he even went to trial. This was while he was still charged with criminal sexual conduct. The normal MO in AA.

You think the Lansing PD was partial to Harbaugh?LOL and michigan pulls the old Frank Clark razzle dazzle on the local PD to get another felon to play on their team.

East Lansing PD are a bunch of pricks. East Lansing Prosecutors, thankfully for me, are pretty lazy and will plead anything out.You think the Lansing PD was partial to Harbaugh?
Especially when the crime at the forefront is lesser than the crime of evading police.East Lansing PD are a bunch of pricks. East Lansing Prosecutors, thankfully for me, are pretty lazy and will plead anything out.
