Sounds like a few grand and some signed gear will make the charges get dropped. Not a huge deal unless he does this sorta stuff all the time, and I don't think he does.

HAmmer , thats true for normal guys like you and me if we beat up all these NBA heat fans..not for celebs. They get special judges, great attorneys and bias jurors and walk free.

He did it. He sucker-punched the security guy. He probably won't be charged because he will pay off the guy. It is taking a long time for them to settle, though. I think the guy wants more money than MoJo wants to pay, but he will pay.
