Double Jive, if you post taunting stuff about the 49ers, even if it's on your own board, you sort of invite whatever trolling response you get. So far on this board you've had nothing but respectful 49er posters coming on to welcome you to Sportshoopla. As a serious response to your question or taunt, we could come out of this with a starting defensive lineman, a starting safety, and a tight end, yes we're excited because the draft is deep where we have a need and we have 5 picks in the first three rounds. The 49ers can set themselves up well for the future.

No worries at all. I have to say for the 49er fans of us who enjoyed discussing football, we couldn't be happier that the Seahawk posters left the ESPN boards, which have been ruined.

My opine I don't care what the Niners draft because I know it most likely mean little in the outcome.

It will mean everything in the end. Whether it is this year, next year, or down the line it will mean if they continue to win or drop off (making it easier for the Seahawks to win). For instance, I do not want the Rams to draft Travon Austin or Patterson. I think that would make their offense a lot more dangerous with Bradford throwing the ball. But I can respect that you defer to other Seattle fans.

Well, good WRs, as they will take our advantage away. also, maybe pass rushers... because that will affect us a lot. other than that, i dont care.

I don't think Reid changes much for the coming season. Always hard to predict how any draft choice plays out 3+ years down the road. Both teams did most of their damage in the winter trades. While I'd say Seattle probably got the better of those trades they also probably have a tougher schedule. No matter how you look at it this coming season is going to be interesting in the NFC West.

It's nice to see civil SF fans. Not many of those around on the cBS boards to be sure. Taunting is one thing, but be able to carry on a normal conversation with it and there is never a need to make it personal. Way too much drama in the flame wars of those open sites.
