I would surely love to pile on sPitt, but the real question is what's up in Wisconsin? Is Alvarez doing his Jerry Jones impersonation? Chryst is just going home, he is a Wiscy guy.

As there was a lot of play on the Wisky subject after Anderson left to take the Oregon St. position, it appears the athletic department is a little cheap. The coaching staff was recently found to be ranked 40th in the country in total salary, behind some of their competitors in the B1G West... Nebraska and Minnesota.

One of the reasons given by the last two coaches who departed Madison...

We were talking about this at work the other day, most of the guys at work are OSU fans, and B11 homers, and they were trying to say that Anderson left in shame over the loss last weekend.........Yea. I don't know what they pay up there, but will take your word, I just kinda figured the excoach as AD may question the current coach........

Open the pocket books for a proven head coach and have legit recruiting/asst budgets, but this one was bad luck.

I think your program needs its own football stadium...can't think of a team that uses a pro stadium that has success with that model...

Bryan Fischer@BryanDFischer [ame=""]25m25 minutes ago[/ame] Wisconsin says no offers have been made (re Chryst reports) earliest they can make one is 12/17, or two days after dead period starts.

Bud Foster is worth 1.3 million?...if I am an Alum I'm asking the President about that one..

Foster at $1.3M is a bargain compared to Efore at $500K........................

If Chryst leaves, his replacement will give Pitt more HCs since 2010 than Virginia Tech has had since 1951.
