Such a disgusting program. There should never be a scenario where I pull for Ohio State and Michigan in B1G games, but when they play Penn State, I'm always hoping they put an epic beatdown on the Nittany Lions.
Penn State's motto: Making Life Better
No joke.
Did they hire a group of 10 year olds to come up with that?
I hate it when people make me defend Joe Paterno... a man who should have retired in the 90's when he stopped being a good coach.
But then they go and try and accuse the man of crimes or expect him to solve all the problems at the university like Batman with thick glasses. The man was a football coach and a mediocre one at that during the last decade plus of his career. He also wasn't a law enforcement officer or thick glasses PSU Batman... so maybe people can stop assuming there was more the football coach should have done.
My own opinion of Jay Paterno as a coach aside... what is wrong with this?
I love how people expected Joe to arrest, charge and prosecute one of his ex-assistants because he was told something bad went on in the locker room.
Joe Paterno: Football Coach.
Not: Police Officer
Not: Detective
Not: Lawyer
But continue with your hate... its not like he turned the issue over to the president of the university and head of the university police... oh wait...
Like the university president and the university police? When you're aware that one of your assistants is involved in sexual acts with underaged boys and you do nothing about it, I think it's safe to say he could have and should have done more.
I know if I find out someone I know is having sex with children, I'm calling someone who can do something about it.
Like the university president and the university police?

This is another weird thing to me, fans that defend horrible actions just because they're fans.
