Re. Peppers, he seems to have rejuvenated his career in GB. To me he seemed much less of a factor in Chicago. I hated that we were unable to resign him.

Balljim, I get what you're saying. Peppers was(is) a freakish type of athlete. He was from here, went to school here. He should have been a natural fit at Charlotte. But look at the defense now. Even with injuries and fill ins this defense is as good as anybody's in the NFL. And that's without Peppers, Hardy, Charles Godfrey, etc. Dave Gettleman looks like a genius now getting rid of these guys. And I guarantee the locker room is 100% better for it.
