Those are the guys who were REALLY HIGHLY TOUTED and completely fucking sucked imo. I could make a list of several others who were also REALLY HIGHLY TOUTED and were average their entire career...not complete busts but average.

McRoy brothers: 3* and 4* players from Florida that were fast as lightning... Ben returned kicks for a season, and then they both disappeared for whatever reason

I honestly was never impressed with Taylor Potts or Baron Batch... some of my friends from Midland and Abilene would talk about how they were God's gift to football, and West Texas football is the greatest thing evAr


but the biggest bust ever: Tommy Tuberville

At one point in time, decades ago, West Texas football was legit. But now, the best High school football in the state and in the country resides in the D/FW metroplex. Oh, and yes, Tubberville was a major, major bust.
