Lions Fans' Favorite Christmas Movie

So we're just a couple weeks away from Christmas so everyone has got to be in the Christmas spirit correct?

What's everyone's favorite Christmas movie? Mine would be Home Alone. I could watch it every day during Christmas time. Something about it still cracks me up every time I see it.

A Christmas Story comes in a close second though.

So what say you? What's your favorite?

The Ref, hands down. No other movie has the star power, classic writing, or dark humor. If you've never seen it you're missing out on a true cult classic.


It's funnier than Badder Santa or Christmas Vacation (both of which I watch every year too). Elf is cute as are the first two Home Alone movies, but in truth I just forward to the last 1/2 hour of the Home Alones.

I do believe Elf has passed Home Alone in my mind. 7 Brides for 7 Brothers is not Christmas but my mom made it a tradition as a kid. Still watch it every year in memory.

Die Hard can be watched at any time. With exception of the beginning and end, you would not even know it was Christmas.

Wow, that phrase is old even for me. First time I have head it in a long time. I have heard some Holy Molys not too long ago and even a Holy Macanoli back in the 80s.

Watch christmas vacation with wife and kids every year while we put up the tree....

Go to sleep xmas eve with a christmas story on the tv all night....

Those have been 2 of my fav all time movies......remember seeing a christmas story at the movies when i was young.....


Planes trains and autos is a good movie too....why did i think that was thanksgiving tho?


Also....anyone ever notice in christmas vacation.....how early the grandparents came to stay? I would of been like hell naw!!!! A weekend is just right....not no damn month

Never seen the ref.....just didnt look good to me......yeah the home alone movies are all about the last 30 mins.....just like titanic.....ive never seen any other part except the last hour of that.....and i watch alot of movies...

it is all about Rudolph in this house it must be watched every year. santa claus is coming to town is usually close behind, and it is new but arthur christmas is slowing becoming a classic in the family.
