This is confusing to me. Is Kraft siding with the NFL to dismiss just the fan suit, or is he joining the NFL against the NFLPA suit?

Apparently Daniel Wallach just came down from whatever drugs he's been taking. The Patsfans lawsuit was tossed out from district court about 6 weeks ago.

It's absolutely amazing how much people who hate something so vehemently, so LOVE to talk about it.
