Yeah, Forsett's shifty and I could definitely see a lot of screens since they should be in more than a few 3 and long situations, but we have been tackling well in open space so I don't anticipate a let down there.
Until I see otherwise, I'm still expecting an easy win. I just want to see a good, efficient start to the game. Positive yardage and points on the board in the 1st quarter and we should be fine.

I'm going to miss that show. The Comedy Central seasons weren't as good as the Fox seasons were, but it was still a good show. Oh well... one more chance to see them during an episode of The Simpsons this year.

Yeah, it's gonna be nasty tomorrow. I'm sure that's okay with Carroll and Bevell, though. Nasty weather usually means lots of running the ball, so I guess we'll have to wait another week to see how our new-look offensive line is jelling in terms of pass protection.

You'll be fine. I was a bit nervous about the spread at first ( Just how hyped could the Seahawks be to play the Jags?) but the closer we get, the more confident I get. The D should be stifling and create opportunities for the offense. I just laid out a additional bet on the Seahawks.

The Jags may be push overs, but they are still NFL players and coaches. If the team looks past them, that could come back to bite them. I don't think that'll happen, mostly because the first two games haven't exactly been smooth. I'd have been more worried if our team had been clicking on all cylinders already, but since there are obvious areas that need improving, look for the team to try and get those things fixed.

I'll take the under on this one and I don't think it gets close. We hit 51 pages for last week's game thread and that was for a highly, highly anticipated game against a division rival. This week's game is a game between possibly the best team in the league and possibly the worst team in the league. You never know, but I seriously doubt we hit 50 pages.

I really want to see the penalties cleaned up and a quicker start in the 1st half. These slow 1st half starts will eventually bite Seattle if they continue. Get a big lead early and get the guys coming back from injury more PT to shake the rust off a bit.
On a side note, I hope to see Michael get some snaps in at RB this week. I'm a little surprised Bevel hasn't used his speed out of the backfield in certain situations yet.

Here we go, 4 hours til gametime. I'm just as excited for this game as any other, I would be for any team the Hawks play. Let's treat this like it was the 9ers last week, and put this game away in the first half. I want to see 21 in the first and 35 by half time. Let's GO!!!
