Personally I'm changing my answer to yes, the team that scores a touch down has a bad snap the kicker tries to recover the ball but keeps kicking it down the field before eventually falling on it in his own end-zone. The defending team would get a 1 point safety in that case it is mathematically possible.

I always thought that it was a safety and worth two points if that happened.
