Either one of two things so far. I will clean him like a catfish and then cut the meat into bite size chunks, bread 'em, and fry them or cut them into steaks and put it on the grill.

I have just started shark fishing this summer. At least targeting sharks. I have caught them in the past and just turn them back, because I didn't think much of them when it cam to eating them, then I brought home two bonnetheads last year and cleaned them and ate them and they were superb. So this summer I am actually targeting the species and eating some fresh and freezing the rest. I've given some to my friends and neighbors as well. My freezer is just about full of fish, so I'll probably be catch and release for the next few months. I was just pleasantly surprised at how good they eat.

Got back from Showshoe MTN, WV little over a week ago. Caught a couple small Brown Trout on the Elk River. Some BIG Rainbow in those rivers.

I went two days at the jetties in Charleston, SC this past week. Pulled in nice size red ranging from 31- 45 inches. Dozen sharks. Sea bass, blue, lizard snack, toad fish, etc..... I'll post a pic of one of the reds.

lol. yep. but the green can in the back gives me enough detail to figure it out. They're on the left side of the channel if you were coming into the harbor, which is the south jetties.
