Imagine if we had that stud around still, what would his salary be in this day and age of steroid-free baseball.
I always like Alex Diaz more than Amaral, though the fact that Rich chased his dream for that long when it didn't look like there was a realistic chance of him ever making the majors was admirable.
Meh. As supersubs go, I'd take Amaral or McLemore or Javier (even though Javier didn't play infield) before I took Bloomquist. But, Bloomquist is another guy who I can see as a future manager some day.He was pretty much Willie Bloomquist .02
