Meh, Pelini's wins in his 1st year were over the following schools:

Western Michigan (9-4)
San Jose State (6-6)
New Mexico State (3-9)
ISU (2-10)
Baylor (4-8)
KU (8-5)
KSU (5-7)
CU (5-7)
Clemson (7-6)

Only 3 teams had winning records (1 was a mid major) and the OOC schedule was awful. Give Strong that type of schedule this year and Texas easily wins 9 games.

And you know this how? Ehh doesn't matter. We're still 3-0 and Texas is going to be lucky to make a bowl game. It is hilarious how irrelevant you think Nebraska is. I wouldn't say Texas is irrelevant...they're relevant. Unfortunately for you, it's more of a "Holy shit, how do they get so much talent yet suck so badly" form of relevance.
