Don't really see that scenario ( Joseph, McCoy ) get any better. Makes a lot of sense especially if Wade leaves. Getting the right Qb coach is also a major for both qbs development also.

I've read they told KNJ is safe. A couple of players have tweeted about it so I think he will stay. But Musgrave could be an awesome choice for the Broncos if they hire Joseph. Has done wonders for Carr and gives us some nice insight into what the Raiders want to do.

I see McCoy as HC material, Musgrave as a life long OC.

To be honest, I think I'm good with either candidate and to some degree "in Elway I trust". If I had to make the decision, I would be leaning toward Shanahan but won't be disappointed if it's Vance. As usual, I'm still most interested in the coordinator positions for the Broncos!

My guess is we're getting to a hotel in dove valley.

I really don't care, since the HC doesn't usually have the impact that the coordinators or position coaches have on a player.

That's why I'm less concerned about the captain of this ship, and more concerned about who's running the galley, and who's manning the engine room.
