honestly im not concerned about this game whatsoever. we have always matched up really well against wake even when they were fairly successful 4 or 5 years ago. i forsee a sizable victory on saturday. 38-13 hokies.

What previous success has FSU had against Wake? Hasn't Wake owned FSU of late winning something like 4 of the last 6?

i'm still not concerned. im very confident about this game. theres a large gulf in talent between us and them imo, and while that isnt necessarily indicative of what the result will be, i remain confident of a decisive win this weekend. i have a good feeling, lets just say that.

All I see day before is still ESPN3..Most cable companies should be able to get you that now.

OK, so I am a nerd, and so is my girlfriend. Since we only get ESPN3 on campus and have ridiculous connection speed, we are bringing a case of beer into my office, on campus to watch the game on my computer.

Whip is expected to play a lot of coverage and those guys just dont have the speed or hips most likely. Wiley Brown has a lot of time in the system, i wouldnt be surprised if he is the backup over Dew.

Wake runs the spread anyway, right? if so i'd say we see primarily nickel.

I think we will see more passing/spread situations for WF, especially if Harris doesn't go. I think Tweedy will be fine in JGW's absence. Like many of you has already said, he is a little more undersized, but has a motor and exceptional speed for the position. Did any of you see him chasing down people in the 4th quarter of the Miami game. On the last play he just flat out ran the guy down. Although JGW is playing well and will be missed, I think if our D-Line gets healthy and the reserves play well the next few of games we should get to 7-1. I think Tweedy and Dew will be better for us (than LGW) vs. GT because of their outside speed, This will get them some valuable PT leading into that game. If the offense and LT continues to play as well as last week, we shouldn't need to keep teams under 14 pts. I see the offense coming out and us having a pretty complete game on O and D and special teams finally showing up (consistently) with Branthover and Journell both having good games. I see it being fairly close though IMO, not a complete blowout. WF is better than I thought they would be. VT-30 WF-17

Hey man, I have done it several times at home. Whatever it takes!! My bro has an OK rig with a dual monitor hook up between his computer and flat screen (like a 30 ft long AVI cable he ran). He has to click and drag the display over but hey it works and the quality is far from terrible. We are fortuante that nearly every provider in the area will allow ESPN3 around here. I'm getting a new flat screen in a couple months. I think I'm gonna get something with wireless capabilities/netflix/etc. They have some TV's with some sweet features nowadays. I haven't gotten one in a few years....

Nope, I was out all morning with the nice weather, and I wanted to drink my homebrewed beer so I stayed in and watched it at home. Archies better have it, I don't want to watch it on my computer monitor.
