Yeah, I like Velasquez and he is still young, but he's certainly not an "untouchable." Besides, you know what happens to untouchables....this is exactly why i'd give up velasquez, quickly, with the right deal. it's just the 1st inning and he's already at 25 pitches (not including about 6-7 to the runner on 1st) and only 1 out.
it's another game where he's going to top out around 5 innings, 6 if we're lucky.

If the official scorer can rule discretion on a stolen base that goes unchecked, why can't they ignore the force out if it contributes nothing to the winning run being scored?
