East-West Divisions

Almost certain to be set that way.... The 6 East teams are in the Eastern time zone.... The 6 West teams are in the Central time zone.... It only makes sense....

Wow, I guess there is really no other way to divide it up.....but yea that pretty much works great for Nebraska in reality.

east west makes more sense for football the cash cow as far as travel expenses go

other sports, basketball volleyball for example have less numbers involved in the travels, so it wouldnt be as exspensive

landon...would a Nebraska/Michigan game every year gain more revenue than a Nebraska Minnesota game? It might pay for extra expenses. Besides...I think only football has the divisions. I don't think basketball or volleyball will be divided.

it might for the first 2-3 years
but once the "new" wears off it wont be as much of a difference

big 10 is even sharing, so it wont make that much of a difference anyways, however travel expenses will/could make a difference
