Nick, take your meds.

Listen, you asked if I was going to ban you.

I said no.

I then enquire if you are trying to get banned because that is what it appears to be.

Now you are asking for a ban with a gif?

I am confused.

He had to be remolded a couple of times last year when I picked on his polling methods.

Downright nasty meltage, if I must say myself.

Reminded me of an ol' boy I used to rub up against over at Disney...*rubs chin pensively while gazing at upper stage left*...why, I remember it as if it were yesterday...

Seems to be sizzling a bit just with the prospect of OU winning a game in which they're favored?:noidea:

Even people in the Tennessee AD don't think they are going to win.

If they can run up the score, they should go for it.

I'm very much against easing up after a big lead.

How about you stop trying to score when the opponent stops trying to score.

I think it's more about when you pull your 1st string rather than trying to run up the score. If your 3rd string is in and they are still scoring, so be it. If it's 60-0 and you got your 1st string in the game still, probably not a good idea.

Nope, being down by 7 with less than a minute left is an ass raping, duh.

Ahhh, hypocrisy at its finest. According to Bammers, the '09 BCS title game was a beatdown, even though it was only 24-21 with 2 minutes left to go and Bama's offense only gained 260 total yards of offense. However, the game against OU wasn't a beatdown b/c it was close with a minute left?

Did Oklahoma step off the gas and allow Alabama to come back?

I must have missed that part if so. Felt to me like it was a hard fought game the entire time and Oklahoma pulled away at the very end.

LOL, bitch please. Apparently you didn't watch the game. watch it again. 2nd half, Bama was still running the same plays on offense that worked in the 1st half and was blitzing Gilbert. Muschamp made adjustments.

Stacking the box because you know the team that has a 24-6 lead and will be trying to run the clock out isn't really much of an adjustment.

But we did mostly run the entire game. McElroy had 11 pass attempts, 5 of them in the 4th quarter.

Um - if it isn't what you were doing the rest of the game, then I would have to disagree. It would have to be considered an adjustment.

In this new Committee era where we don't know what factors they will use to get a team into the Playoffs, hell yes a team should run up the score.

What exactly do you believe the phrase of words "Isn't really much of an adjustment" means?

A. No adjustment was done.
B. A small adjustment was done.
C. An obvious adjustment basically anyone would make was done.
D. Totally new defensive scheme.

Oh - I see the problem. You don't seem to understand how words work. My apologies. I didn't realize you were illiterate.

In my book, changing your defense to stop what a team is doing or planning on doing, is a significant adjustment. I believe that Miriam Webster will back me up on this point.

So you believe stacking the box is a significant adjustment, even though teams will do that from 1 play to the next.

Got it.
