I like this staff i think we need a real offense oc whats all your opinions on this Is is time to blow up coaching staff at the end of year ??? i always say if kirk stays gruden stays if kirk leaves gruden leaves so if the F,O wont resign kirk then gruden could be gone all so .. but then again Allen and the Gruden are close

There will be no significant changes to the Coaching staff next year. They just extended Gruden for 2 more years for a hefty sum. He is going nowhere. What they need is another good draft to fill a couple of remaining glaring holes. RB, WR, OL, DL, ILB. IF they can find legitimate starters at two of those positions out of next year's draft, we can be a force that can make some noise.

Redskins need to blowup their DL, it's awful. Kerrigan and Allen are the only 2 keepers in their front 7.

I'd add Ion man and maybe Lanier to that keeper list, but agree it is a big weakness. McGee and his penalties needs to go for sure.

The DL production changed dramatically once Allen got injured. They need to add another starter to the DL through the draft next year. That will make a huge difference and give us the needed depth in case of injury.

Massive injuries across the board a brutal schedule a couple losses because of the defense so lets fire the coach. Sadly, its just how Snyder thinks. If you really dont want KC to stick around than fire Gruden next day after season. We need a WR to compliment Doctson. We need a couple Offensive linemen to bail out Williams when he gets hurt again next year. We need a pass rusher to vompliment Kerrigan.... we dont need a coach. Just my opinion.

Redskins are more than a couple players away from competing with the Eagles or Vikings.

We have been in almost every game this year. We are scoring points. As mentioned the Dline took a hit when Allen went down. He was playing some very good football and it helped the rest of the line.

If we can get that end of the half (both halfs fixed we might have something) Don't forget the Dallas game we were trying to kick a FG when it got blocked and turned into 7 for Dallas. Dox drops a TD pass against KC and we can't hold them. We blow a 15 point lead to the Saints with 3 minutes to go.

We need some more players but it isn't like we are far off and I only mentioned Allen's injury.

We already compete with both.

Yup. I honestly think we're pretty close. Yea were 4-6 but that's with a ridiculous amount of injuries and a ridiculously tough schedule.

Keep this core together, sprinkle in some draft picks and FAs and we're good to go.

Better keep an eye on Anderson, he just might make Kerrigan expendable. Yes he's still raw but this young man has shown promise.

Sty you know i love you like a brother. BUt I got to say, for an old fart, your millennial mentality of out with the old and in with the new when it comes to football.. can be kinda nerve wracking.

Maybe but more often than not rebuild / restock commands that some old must go, even fan favorites. Personally, I don't own a cut card when the subject is improvement, nor do I have favorite players in the moment. That status, is reserved for post playing time because of the inherent bias, which also, more often than not, causes blindness.

Actually, I agree with Sty in a sense. Kerrigan is in his later years with us. Probably through his latest contract extension. We should hope Anderson or someone emerges as his eventual replacement in the next few years. Just as we need a LT sooner rather than later. Trent is hobbling quick into retirement. We might get a few more good years from him. At best.

I to agree with Sty. If we could get a first for RK, or even a high first for Trent, I would consider trading them.

Some folks here give little credit to Gruden and the offensive system that he has. Isn't it evident, given all of the injuries that this team has endured that it has barely missed a beat in terms of production? Yes, there are still issues to be sure, but right now in terms of pure design, Gruden's is as effective as any in the league.

BTW: Kirk Cousins... for those who will insist that I'm hating or taking some sort of sideways swipe at him because I didn't mention his name.:D
