ET you all seriously need to bitchslap Venables. He went away from everything that was working defensively. And Watson is a baller. Stoudt will be sitting.

if anyone needs to be slapped MAYBE its dabo. But he's been Clemsons best coach since the 80's. Dont run a good thing out of town. He's just too impulsive sometimes. When it works, he's a great coach, when not he's crucified. Its how it is.

I didn't see the whole game, but from what I saw Clemson played their heart out. Tough loss to take for them.

Clemson's defense is no joke and the freshman QB looked pretty tough. Field goal kicker not so much.

if anyone needs to be slapped MAYBE its dabo. But he's been Clemsons best coach since the 80's. Dont run a good thing out of town. He's just too impulsive sometimes. When it works, he's a great coach, when not he's crucified. Its how it is.

Clemson was beating the piss out of our OL and QB all game and then in the 4th quarter he backed off of the aggressive defense. That ultimately cost them the game IMO.

Don't blame them for going for it but for continuously going to the spread in short yardage situations when it kept blowing up in their face. If Clemson had any plays at all for short yardage situations that did not call for a spread offense, they win this game.

I believe they did the same thing against Georgia. FSU's team isn't as strong as last year. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens when we get to the final 4.
