I would have like to see the Cards lose simply for the trolling opportunity it would have been.

But as far as the season goes, I don't feel any different about them than I did a week ago. I still think they're a single digit win team.

1st game they have looked so so. I guess all that talk about Gabbert not throwing Ints and taking sacks are out the window. LOL

So so? Wish I had you grading my papers in college. You give them a "C", I give them a "D minus". They were horrendous. On almost every drop back, by the time Gabbert hit his back foot they were on his ass. he did throw some poor passes but every QB does that with a rush in his face.
But look at it this way, if Gabbert is this bad and they still won't play kaepernick, imagine how bad Kaepernick must be.

Here's the thing though. You cannot put Kaepernick in there because no one on the team respects him. They won't play for him. Have you ever seen a backup who sits on the sidelines sulking instead of coming over and huddling with the QB coach and the starter and trying to figure out what they can do to play better, or letting the coach or starter know what he sees from the sidelines to help the team out?
He never does that. As LaRussa said, Kaepernick is only out for Kaepernick and is not a team player. That is why the team turned on him last year and would not play for him.

Still doesn't excuse the 7 points he gave to the Cardinals just before half with his ridiculous flexing which resulted in a taunting penalty that cost the 49ers the ability to run out the clock and go into the half with the lead.

No I think Bears or Lions or maybe Saints. 49ers have been in their games and they have played a 4 of the top D's in the league. They are close.

Im happy I can help. Its good to know u almost see the light and now a lot are jumping on my bandwagon. Most of the writers and media are on my side with my opinion. I been saying this since Week 3 of the preseason. Gabbert isnt a starting QB and Ponder and Kap are better options. It just took people some time to understand. I know the hate people have for Kap and they were blinded by it.

Truth always comes out and it looking good on my part.

Gabbert has sucked....and he would've kept sucking or the Niners woulda went to Ponder (which also was rumour). Kaepernick was openly shopped in the offseason, and nobody took him. He clearly wasn't wanted by the uppers in the SF organization. If Kaepernick starts, and the reworked contract is indeed a fact, then it's not hard to connect the dots here.
