The rams may have a point. We will see. But KC is not that stupid and deserves the benefit of the doubt. With a very large portion of the teams in the league you would in this situation assume that they had been completely ripped off.

With that said I'm a little confused about this trade myself and the chiefs' "competence" if we can call it that is the only real reason I'm being this nice to them.

Been a Chiefs fan for a VERY long time and seen some questionable decisions, but this imo is one of the worst. I doubt there's ANY reasonable explanation for this...

Maybe he has been cancerous in the locker room. The Chiefs may have thought get a trade for him before to much got out so they could get the most bang for the buck for him.
Maybe the Chiefs are real high on the corner they picked up from the skins & felt they could cut out said cancer. really dont know but to me it would seem it has to do with things he is doing or done behind closed doors. it definitely not about his skill or cap.

The Rams picked up a solid player.....but he's obviously a headcase. I guess he's got two years left on his rookie deal....I wonder if money is also playing a part as to why Reid gave up on him.

The Rams best chance to win a Super Bowl in a loooong time will be next year because of the Peters contract. Not sure what their team will look like after next year but I doubt it will get any better.

Unless they got 3 first round picks, money is an awful excuse. The biggest window for the Chiefs was the next 3 years anyways with Mahomes on his rookie contract; they also tried for Quinn so this is obviously BS to me.

The Rams will be 6th in salary cap in 2019. They will be fine.
