Man huge inning Cruz with the catch and hose to double off Trout, Lomo with the bit time scoopage, then a play later Taylor with the running toss to get calhoun, again Lomo with some great scoopage. Thats the type of plays that 1b's don't get credit for, but they are huge, I dont know if el gallopigo can make those plays.

Then Cruz leads off the inning, I say to my wife. "make a great play on D, lead off the next inning, classic homer situation" then BOOM stick....

Why would you do a Hit and Run w/ Zunino at the plate?

I actually really liked that call. Especially with Zunino, it forces him to focus on making contact instead of hitting the ball as far as he can.

In Felix starts the team is 6-0 which means the rest of the rotation has gone 5-15.
