Except for the first inning, we were in game 3. Why would Woody have ever wanted Miller to debut against the Astros. Was embarrassing for the team who played hard in games 1&2.

I think it’s time to make a move on Allard whatever that might be. I like the guy from the standpoint he has a great WHIP of 1.06 but until he learns how to cut down on the gopher balls his value is a mop up guy which is what his role was essentially today. I don’t know how you can survive in the majors with a HR per 9 > 2 which has extended into this season from last season.

Allard seems like the ball is too big for his hand. Always missing his spots in the middle of the plate instead of just on the edge.

are we grading the bullpen too harshly?

i know leclerc should be the closer, but he’s hurt and it would benefit Barlow and king significantly to move to less stressful roles.

like Barlow 8th inning and perhaps king 7th.
