Series Thread: At the Angels, May 4-6

Crazy road trip ends with this series. At the Rangers, they swept 'em, getting a hair's breath shy of .500, only to crap out and get swept by the Astros...which, okay, we know Houston was off to a great start, but did they HAVE to make it look that obvious?

Here's where they NEED to turn things around if they don't want their season to be over quickly:

Monday: Felix v Shoemaker
Tuesday: Paxton v Richards
Wednesday: Elias v Wilson

It is important for the Mariners to do well this series, as well as the next one against Oakland. We don't need to win a bunch in a row we just can't lose a bunch in a row. Must stop the losses with Felix tonight.

i know he's lost the starting SS position for all intents and purposes, and they're trying to let him sit and get his head together, and maybe get some outfield work. but the decision tonight is just backwards.
