Federal law changing wouldn't automatically change NFL rules. They would have to change the rules themselves. Which they can already do, regardless of federal law.

I’m not against everyone making pot legal recreationally. But if teams don’t want to take a chance on a kid that can’t not smoke weed for a few months I’m not going to blame them for passing on him.
