Hopefully some day.

For this year, I'm not so sure. .241/.307/.385/.692

Apparently the Yankees had their choice of Frazier and Zimmer, and Happ and Torres from the Cubs

I will be watching each of their careers closely

Why the SportsHoopla Bookie isn't having Indians action every night is beyond me. Same with Dodgers.

I often bet all the vCash I have, but still, why the SportsHoopla Bookie even exists is beyond me.

Their FO's PR smear campaigns on personnel on the way out can be pretty off-putting.

yeah, that's the worst about 2011. The collapse sucked, but 2004 and 2007 took some sting out of that. The Tito/Theo situations were just awful. I'm happy they're doing well elsewhere though.

I also don't like what went down with Foulke and Manny, although I know there are allegations of geriatric abuse with the latter.

His left ear is kind fucked up so I always think of Sloth from The Goonies when I see him straight on.

Agreed, it's amazing how Manny became shunned after being one of the greatest hitters in Red Sox history and playing a pivotal role in two WS titles. I can't complain too much about how that trade turned out though, Jason Bay was pretty awesome in his 1.5 seasons in Boston.

Speaking of that trade, Andy LaRoche did not pan out.

He's better than a solid outfield and he's got serious wheels. The power hasn't manifested itself at the ML level, so that won't be missed.

I'm not saying I'm glad he's gone or that he didn't contribute anything, but there are probably a dozen Indians I'd be more concerned about losing for the rest of the season.

tahts true--- he isnt one of the top 15 guys on the team id even say

but he played A defense in centerfield and i dont think the Indians have a replacement that can even give them B- defense in center. Thats a problem.

When you have a pitching staff like the Tribe does- and hitters like Jose and Lindor in the middle infield- you can get away with your Urshelas and Zimmers- elite defensive players that dont do much with the stick.

I agree with all that, but I think that's the problem. They decided it was time to move him, so instead of just doing it, I think they pulled a smear campaign so the fans wouldn't freak.

there was some drama with him in 2008, but it almost felt like they traded him just to appease CHB and the other media homos that called for trading Manny.

but come on, the dude had a 155 OPS+ in Boston. He was an all-time great hitter. Pretty sad that he probably won't come close to making the HOF while Jim "Teh Fear" Rice is in there.

He was my favorite player.

It is sad that he likely won't sniff the playoffs. However, he did it to himself. He got caught twice after the PED crack down. Twice. The only people that get caught these days are the ones that buy the cheap shit or the ones that are too fucking stupid to follow the instructions.

agreed, but I just fail to see why PEDs should be shunned and voters turn a blind eye to amphetamines. No one's calling for Mays, Mantle or Aaron to be removed from the HOF.

The Integrity Clause

I'm with you 100%. I think Bonds and Clemens and all of them should be in. The difference I see with Manny is that he was caught red handed. Twice. After the crackdown. I'd be shocked if that skates past the voters.

For the record, Rose should not be in. Fuck that guy.
