Good god, I was hoping never to hear that name again.Hmmmm, the 49ers are re-signing Dontae Johnson, as opposed to activating Jason Verrett?
Is this telling us something about Jason Verrett?
Its a huge game. It eliminates the Rams if we win and hopefully the Rams will have beaten the Cowboys earlier in the day. This isn't a HUGE game or "do or die" game, but if we can win this one, takes pressure off beating the Rams. Cause then at worse case, we go into Seattle tied for the West.
We have to beat Seattle anyway so being tied allows us to win the West.
Niners - 37They should win this game but anything can happen.

Wouldn't it be better to play the Rams the week after they've been eliminated from playoff contention though? Would be OK with a Cowboys' win since the Eagles can knock Dallas out but that's an iffy proposition. It isn't big compared to the Rams and Seahawks, that's the content i intended.
Of these last three games, losing to the Seahawks is obviously the worse. Losing to the Rams MIGHT affect higher tie-breaker?
I'd rather have the Cowboys beat the Rams.

And its always a successful NFL season if Dallas misses the playoffs.
Its a win-win for me. One of them has to lose and they are my two most hated teams. My hatred of the Cowboys goes way back and is deep seated. Too clinical for this board.I think the same thing but on the Rams. The Rams have been our rivals for decades.
Even if the Rams do win, the 49ers have to beat the Rams anyway. So why not the Cowboys beat our rival first?
