Yep they are not playing badly they just have an extreme lack of talent at the skill positions and at DB. Even playing decent ball, looking at the schedule, they easily could be oh and 11 before they win one.

Hoyer is Hoyer. Surrounded by a good offense, he can be effective. Surrounded by the worst offense in football he's going to struggle. This will be the third game out of four that they have not scored a touchdown. Tough to win when you can't get the ball in the end zone.
