Honestly, are we sure Kyrie makes them better overall, with the potential problems?

If he his head on straight most definitely. But thats a big if. They'd be a better team if they could move him for something.. not sure what the package would be though.

Its just weird that Kyrie is so charitable off the court but totally selfish and self absorbed within the team environment. Makes you think he does the charity for the acknowledgement of it.

I think that's going too far psychoanalyzing the guy. Basketball is basketball, I'm sure he likes giving back

Why? Time running out, down by 2, work it and get a good shot

Argument to be made both ways. 2 bad shots or 1 good shot?

The way Brooklyn was scoring the ball I think they chose correctly. They just missed their looks.

Nope. He is the 3rd guy now as Barkley and Kenny said and now won't have the ball in his hands often for the first time in his life. Will be interesting

I am telling you guys.

KD is going to wind up being the 3rd option here. And that is why I think they will be beatable.

Still the team to beat in the East, but beatable.

They can’t trade him though.

Return would be pennies on the dollar.

He could sit the season if he didn’t like his landing spot. And I am pretty sure teams dealing for him are aware of this.

Don't disagree.

I honestly thought Kyrie would table his ego and play with KD. Clearly I was wrong. I figured he'd miss some games but not the childish fit hes throwing now

He is not happy tha the league knew they had to tone down all the non basketball stuff. The league needs to cut him loose.

He keeps messing around they should just suspend him the season and let him know the ball is in his court whether he wants a career or not.

Poor kryie. 35 million dollars and two superstars with him

Since 2017-18 (Kyrie’s first year with the Celtics), his teams are 82-56 (.594) when he plays and 35-15 (.700) when he’s out.

This was before the Nets went 5 and 2 this stretch mind you.

They should have kicked him out when he was actively talking about starting another league.

Such a bummer. CJ was playing amazing and now this. Portland can't catch a break with these injuries

These click bait articles are such garbage. But to see anyone even attempt to push these ideas off as credible is hard for even clickbait.

"Rob Pelinka would likely have to trade away Alex Caruso, Kenvatious Caldwell-Pope, Kyle Kuzma, complete a sign-and-trade with Montrezl Harrell if he agrees to opt-out of the second year of his contract, and give away however many future picks they are able to deal. A deal for Beal would break the bank, but would also break the basketball world."

Yeah you are right.

That is garbage.

The Lakers don’t need a big 3 to beat the Nets. People need to calm down on the Nets hype.
