Ridiculous. My friend got tickets to tonight's game a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure how much she paid. We'll probably be able to upgrade for super cheap unless we decide to pregame and get too fucked up again.

I have not seen any mention of this elsewhere. Are there other angles that show more clearly? On the MLB app's video highlights, there is one a single view of it, in real time, and no mention. I was not able to watch the video you linked to do to horrible wifi at my hotel...

I like racially charged jokes as much, if not more, than the next guy. Honestly though, it's more to blur the racial lines with humor - if we can all laugh at ourselves and each other, I think we're in a better place.

However, this kind of stuff is just flat out ugly. There's nothing funny, appropriate or civil about calling Adam Jones a {racist word} from the stands because he plays for an opposing baseball team. The thought of that happening these days is extremely disappointing to me and if this were to happen in Cleveland, I'd be ashamed.

Unrelated, but it reminded me of a player that I really liked and one of the reasons why. Mike Lowell and the hidden ball trick. If I remember correctly, he pulled this off twice in one calendar year.
