Rosen's a little bitch boy who couldn't handle cold weather, Allen is basically Tannehill pt 2, and Mayfield is far too big a wild card. Most of the analysts I've seen have Darnold as either the best prospect or top 2.Funny enough, not that many people would say Darnold is the best prospect, but he may go 1 anyway because the Browns happen to like him.
He's solid. Fuck rosenI wouldn’t touch him if I were a GM, but it would be the most Browns thing they could do.
Cleveland ... where QB careers go to die.
That career was dead before he got on the plane.

I don't think he's far enough ahead of Darnold in the arm category to take him. The best case scenario for Mayfield is Russell Wilson, but he's really not as athletic. For example, Wilson ran a 4.55 40 while Mayfield ran a 4.84. He's also coming from the Big 12, which still has yet to put out an elite QB. I think his bust potential is as high as any QB in this draft.I think Mayfield has the best arm talent of the bunch, There's not a throw he can't make, and I like his chances the best to find immediate success, but I have my doubts on him being able to keep his composure if faced with adversity. I'd take Lamar Jackson for a project though, he has some serious potential.

The take the ball under center drop back three steps stand there and hit a guy in the middle might be tough for him on the Pro level..
Not sure why you’d say that.
Well he's only been in shotgun and at his size I doubt he's going to be able to do it. People point to R. Wilson but he's incredibly athletic and Drew Brees but there's only been one Drew Brees.
Farve was 6'2 and Flutie was good in only spurts.Mayfield took snaps from under center multiple times this season.
Also, “undersized” QB’s to do well do include Brees and Wilson as you pointed out, but also Favre and Flutie off the top of my head.
If I draft a QB in the top 5 and he becomes Doug Flutie, I would consider that a failed pick.Mayfield took snaps from under center multiple times this season.

Sources: Teams believe Browns pick MayfieldOne month avy bet? Let's do this. Be prepared to use a Chris Petersen pic for a month right after this next draft.
Most everything I have heard from insiders insists it's Darnold (Brownsy move) including Browns beat guys and national guys. The Mayfield hype is fishing for trade offers from desperate teams, imo.
It was more of a reminder of the bet. I still expect Cleveland to do the Brownsiest thing they can do and take Darnold.
