Cal QB Jared Goff plans to throw at the Combine.

Throwing at the Combine has become an annual "will they or won't they?" with the draft's top quarterbacks, but Goff said he plans to do every drill. "I think it’s the right thing to do," Goff said. "I’ve got nothing to hide. Go out there and throw and have some fun." Goff still has time to change his mind, of course. As things stand now, Goff appears likely to be a top-10 pick. - Rotoworld

Refreshing to see, but might not be the best move for a projected top 2 pick, because he can only go down basically.

If I'm a QB, I don't mind the Browns passing on me if I miss a couple of throws at the combine. Honestly, the Niners are a bit of a trainwreck, too.

True...In that case I can see some intentional overthrows...it's all about the 2nd NFL contract now anyway.

LSU CB Rashard Robinson said that he's hoping to record "the fastest 40 at the Combine."

Robinson was suspended indefinitely due to a violation of team rules in 2014 and he was never reinstated to the team. The 6-foot-1, 163-pound corner will need to address the root of his issues with LSU when interviewing with NFL teams, but he's at least saying the right things, calling himself "too complacent" and "selfish" when he first joined the Tigers. Despite the obvious issues here, teams are already sniffing around. Because Robinson's uber-talented. CBS Sports' Dane Brugler believes that without the off-field concerns, he would be in the conversation as a possible Top-50 pick this spring. As is, the analyst sees him being selected in the second or third round. - Rotoworld

A lot of people think that Robinson might have been in the conversation for best CB if he actually played. Considering that 2 CB are probably going top 10, some team is going to gamble on him in rd2 with a 50/50 shot at getting a top 20 talent.

Guys like Talib and Pacman Jones generally do cost your team, though.

So he is in the same class as Ryan Mallett and Zach Mettenberger. Not a good sign. I think he is Nick Foles.

Connor Cook has #1 overall arm & round 3 personality.

He'll be the best QB of the bunch IMO. He & Goff will both be really good IMO. Lynch & Wentz are fools gold.

I feel like when people say 'good arm, bad personality' that they are missing a few things when evaluating a QB. Connor Cook takes way too many risks when throwing the football. I think he has a very low football IQ and/or an inflated sense of what he can accomplish on a football field.

I can't imagine someone watching film and coming to the conclusion that Connor Cook is the best QB of the bunch. I think a team would be much better off with Goff and Wentz. Lynch would be the top project.

I view Lynch along the lines of Kaepernick. The tools are there, but will be put them all together? He will take some time.

Mayock compared Wentz to Luck, but I'll trim that back to Blake Bortles. Wentz seems to be a bit more careful with the ball than Bortles, but will need time to adjust to jumping up 2 levels of competition.

As far as Goff, I see him similar to another recent spread QB, Bryce Petty. I do think Goff has better touch than Petty and more upside, but again is coming from a dumbed-down offense and will need time.

I haven't seen enough of Cook to judge, but there are so many negative articles out there this past season that they are hard to ignore.

He is expected to miss all of the 2016 season at the very least.

This really sucks for a player of his caliber. I mean he was a sure fire top-10 pick before this injury. I have no clue how much this drops him now. Good chance probably not going in the 1st. Still would love to see the Broncos maybe 2nd round take him knowing he will be IR'd the 1st year. Too much talent to pass on.
