Had heard earlier this summer that Strong had banned 4 players from the athletic offices/areas. Thought he was just weeding out some of those who were not going to be part of his program.

When one of your commandments is to 'respect women', you know he absolutely, positively will n ot have these kind of morons anywhere near his program.

To hell with 'em, there is always someone around who can run and catch who can take their places. Wont even be a hiccup.

To hell with 'em, there is always someone around who can run and catch who can take their places. Wont even be a hiccup.

weeding out and a lot of problems in the 1st year is a good sign IMO. We went through that in Saban's first year - 2007, even lose to La. Monroe that year.

The 2nd year we went undefeated in the regular season before losing in the SECCG to Florida and then in the Sugar Bowl to Utah. Which was pretty much the beginning of the dynasty even though the 1st NC didn't come until the next year.

We now know these two were part of the 4, Joe Begeron was another.
They weren't completely banned. They could only be there by appointment and couldn't hang out.
