Yeah I don't see a trade up either but you never know if Lattimore slides.
This seems to be a stacked defense draft with a lot of good corners.
That doesn't even include all the teams in front of us drafting who need QB's and other offensive pieces.

I wouldn't mind seeing Marshon Lattimore, Marlon Humphrey, or Sidney Jones, but not Teez Tabor until round 2. Like you said, it's a defense heavy draft, which is why Bob Quinn probably pulled the trigger on Ricky Wagner.

Yeah, I was hoping for Cam Robinson but we don't need him anymore. Most of the other teams picking ahead of us were going after Wagner too. Hopefully they reach for RT and leave more, good defensive players for us to choose from.

9 mil a year. Pretty much more than any other RT in the league. Still, if we are going to pay Stafford 20+ mil a year it is a good idea to make sure he can stay on the field.

TJ Jones resigned and Kerry Hyder tendered. Hyder was a must keep IMO.

Yeah but we definitely need to draft at least 1 body for the DL though.

Hopefully 2 because we have not signed a decent FA yet.

Keeping my fingers crossed that A'shawn can learn a couple pass rush moves.

Ryan is OK but I would not spend big money on him. Steelers looking at him too and probably willing to spend more then we will.

Dont we already have a TE that cant catch?

I see Ngata following Levy out the door. Akeem Spence will be the big body up front on run downs and see Hyder sliding inside on 3rd downs again like last year with Zettel or newly signed DE Cornhole Washington playing the edge on passing downs.

Vikings signed OT Riley Reiff, formerly of the Lions.

Minnesota had to come out of free agency with at least one quality tackle, and they got one. Reiff played right tackle last season, but he started his career at left tackle. With Matt Kalil gone and Andre Smith's future in question, the Vikings have openings at both spots. For now, he should be penciled in at left tackle.

I would be OK with Lang. Again, as long as it is not stupid money. BlOkung just got 13 mil a year. The Wagner signing is looking better every day.

We resigned Lucas as the swing Tackle too. We also picked up some garbage players.

Id be OK resigning Bynes, Bryant and Charles. Charles might be done at this point though with todays signings.

Might be worth a flier on Andre Holmes. I wanted him last year.

Lions signed CB D.J. Hayden, formerly of the Raiders, to a one-year contract.

The 12th overall pick of the 2013 draft, Hayden was one of many first-round busts that year. Many experts had Hayden pegged as the best corner in that draft, but he's had a far worse start to his career than the three corners -- Desmond Trufant, Xavier Rhodes, Darius Slay -- drafted directly after him. Hayden couldn't cut it on the outside in Oakland, so the Raiders tried him in the slot. He was somewhat serviceable there, but no better than league average. Maybe DC Teryl Austin can get more out of Hayden. He's still just 27 (in June). It's not a bad flier.

Yup, lots of stupid money being thrown around. At least Warford has a chance to be worth that though. He just under-performed after year 1.

On the bright side, TEN signed Logan Ryan which means they pretty much will not have the money to sign Hightower now. Hightower either comes here or resigns with the Pats as expected. A win either way for me.
