Dallas is a LOT different.

One, with the exception of Prescott, all the star talent on the offensive side of the ball is ALREADY paid. The Seahawks basically gave up their OL to pay the LOB players. They never had much of an offense outside of Wilson and Beast Mode.

So once Lynch retired......that was it.

Dallas isn't in that position at all. The OL is locked up until 2023. They don't HAVE to pay Prescott until 2020. That allows them to add to the defense. All they really need is a pass rush. The secondary is good enough to hold up IF they can get a rush. They'll also need another LB or two. They don't have to be dominant......just good. Right now they're middle of the pack, LITERALLY in the NFL.

You will eventually have to pay Dak. The defense needs at least 4 elite players which will cost big bucks or you can do it through the draft.

Also, Jason isn't a SB caliber coach. IMO he's average at best. I think the only way this team becomes a SB champion with Jason is their defense is by far the best in the NFL. That would take either a ton of money or they just dominate the next 2 years in the draft. It's possible but very difficult. They have the QB, O-line and RB but lack the defense and head coach.

If you are really comparing Dak and Sean King there isn't much to discuss with you because you are either incapable or unwilling to have an intelligent conversation on the topic

LMAO at how you ignore 95% of the comparison and claim Intelligence.

Let Me Recap

Starting QB gets Hurt
Rookie Back Up QB wins big games, gets a 1st round Bye
Starting QB leaves for another Team
Back Up QB Regresses as a Full Year Starter
Old Starter Wins Super Bowl with New Team.

Now that I have eliminated the 5% you seem to be stuck, discuss.....

Do I really have to bring up the stats or can you not look them up yourself? How is Dallas worse if you don't believe they're better?

Show these stats to make your case first.

LMAO!

I going to LMAO even more when Prescott turns out to be another Shaun King, though King actually won a Playoff Game.

Seriously, if you dont know history you are doomed to repeat it.
Trent Dilfer gets hurt
Shaun King steps in wins big games and leads the Bucs to the #2 seed.
After season Dilfer leaves for Ravens
King regresses Badly
Dilfer win Super Bowl

Your team sucking doesn't mean all teams suck.

Don't need to.

Google works for you as well as me. You and I both know, as well as this entire board - that the Packers don't have a defense to speak of.

Yet here you are expecting them to win, while telling fans of other teams they can't win without a defense.

So you're incapable of substantiating your claim and then just spoke gibberish after that. Good Job

Bull shit. Your premise was based on Dak "becoming another Shaun King". King sucked and never played like Dak or showed this ability. How they got the job is meaningless. So I'll compare him to Kurt Warner because they both took over for the starter in preseason? Then you make a dick statement that the difference between the two was King won a playoff game and you bring Bortles into the discussion as if he is similar or pertinent. There is nothing alike with Dak and King that anyone with even a cursory knowledge of football will see as similar. King didn't play Anywhere near the whole year, didn't throw the ball much at all when in and sure as hell didn't put up the type of stats or show the talent, leadership or feel for the game that Dak did. So don't try changing what you meant when proven wrong or a smart ass. You discuss dipshit

There are a lot of QBs you can compare Dak to. This guy comes up with Shaun King. Clearly not a bright guy...

He's a Buccs fan. His team sucked and he wants to hope that same suckage on everyone else. There are plenty of examples on both sides of the fence where an injury replacement does well then regresses. Brady for Bledsoe vs Cassell for Brady.

King played 6 regular season games in his rookie year and had one game with a QB rating of over 100 and in it he threw for a whopping 178 yards. Dak had 11 games with a rating over 100 (and another at 99) set the rookie record for games with a rating over 100 and tied the rookie win record in addition to many other records he set. Oh and in Kings playoff games he had ratings of 59 and 34 and threw for a total of 320 yards combined in both games and a 1-3 TD-Int ratio. In Daks one playoff game he a rating of 103, threw for over 300 yards, had a 3-1 TD-Int ratio and brought his team back from an 18 point deficit to tie it with less than a minute to play. Please tell us again how similar their rookie seasons were...Oh yeah, one replaced a top QB and maintained the job after he came back and the other replaced Trent Dilfer and perhaps only kept the job because Dilfer was never healthy again that season.

Oh and you know who else started a game for TB that year before King did? The immortal Eric Zeier...

Fully capable. But you are sitting at a computer. You can look up all the stats to your desire.

Green Bay allows more yards, points, 1st downs, than Dallas......by a lot.

Green Bay is the #22 defense.....Dallas is 14, just above average.

I'm not going to do your research for you tho.......there's more than this. We'll just cut to calling you an idiot and leave it at that.

I think it kind of sucks Dallas drafted so incredibly well in the first and get penalized threw the cap. It gonna be hard to sign Martin in 2 cause he's gonna be the highest paid guard. Then Dak in 3 years cause 4th round picks are FA in 4 years. Then Zeek. They literally have to pay top player at their position in 2 years, 3 years and 4 years. There should be some break for players you drafted. Dallas is in great shape.

The one Cowboy fan that said 10 years is way off. Dez will be 37. Zeek will be a 33 year old RB. Definitely gonna be a powerhouse for 5, but not 10 (unless they keep drafting like this)

The solution to that problem is to not draft well so you don't want to resign them. No thanks, we've tried that and it didn't work well either. martin will be tough to sign, but we will get it done. Give him a DeCastro like deal that is back loaded and then extend it out as needed. Dallas may not be big players in FA very often because of the cap, but they always have money to sign the guys we want to keep.

No way Jerry let's Martin go. He's the best Guard in the league. But you do get penalized so you have to win when your window is open. I don't get it. They are waaay better than GB and this is there 2nd one seed that netted them nothing. Sooooooo close. Still can't figure out how Rodgers didn't fumble that sack.

Best team on paper doesn't always win. too many intngibles and wasn't meant to be. We don't lose any of our key guys this year, so we should be able to get another shot next year. Even with a harder schedule I think Dallas still is a favorite to be one of the best 6 in the NFC.

Luckily for you I don't think going 13-3 is going to be an issue for the Eagles for quite some time...

They have a stud QB a good D. They're just a WR and RB away. But the problem is we haven't drafted a good WR since Mike Quick. WR always been our problem.
