Before it's all said and done, I think the list of top cheaters all time will be (in order) Lance Armstrong, Albert Pujols and Tom Brady.

I tried multi votes for BB and TB, but then saw Bitch Harding, and she got my vote. She went after her oppositions knee, with a tire iron.

hey punkin, at least throw in something that was illegal, because it wwasnt then
Nope those were the good ole days. Anyone at anytime could just walk into a drug store and pick up a roid of their choice:doh: Roids were and still are illegal. So squealer fans please give this argument a break. Many many things are illegal and not in the NFL rule book.

pfft. Harding would take top spot in this Piker's list.

None of these come close to the IOC or FIFA.

Not even in the same stratosphere.

Or David Stern's NBA.

Rigged games and lotteries.

The man probably violated some RICO laws while we're at it.

The '85, '87 & '10 L.A. Lakers.

Game 7 of 2010 was 100% rigged.

There is no way on earth even NBA officials are that incompetent.

You should really read more about the IOC and FIFA.

I would have to say 'Haystack Calhoun'. Went over 600 lbs., but still had to cheat in wrasslin'.

Upvoted for a reference few remember. But I do. As for the poll the wording forced me to vote for Pete Rose too. And he didn't even cheat, he just broke the #1 rule baseball has made clear you don't fuck with, then of course he lied to us for a generation. But the true winner is Lance Piece of Shit Armstrong who not only lied he ruined the lives of people who tried to catch him.

#1: Tonya Harding should be ineligible on this voting. FIGURE SKATING IS NOT A SPORT.

#2:Pete Rose did admitably bet on games, which he shouldn't have, BUT, as per the investigation report, there is no evidence that he ever bet against his own team! To me, that is the most important point. There is no reason to assume that his betting ever led to changing the outcome of any games.

#3: Lance Armstrong was (is) a douche-bag who was hung out to dry by the cycling committee because he was very arrogant and he is an American. I discussed this with my buddy who is a HUGE cycling fan (goes to the Tour D'France stuff and others every year or so) and he directly stated that EVERY Tour D'France champion and the vast majority of the professional cycling since the 1960s has been heavily juiced. If all was fair in that particular sport then all of them would have been stripped of titles and suspended. The French just go after Lance and the other guys is that they can't stand that Americans win their titles.

So, yes, Lance is a cheater. Yes, he is an arrogant putz. But that whole sport is inherently dirty from top to bottom so singling him out is a bit much.

#4: Same as above for so many people in so many different sports. They all juice, roid, dope, etc. It is almost redundant to call them cheaters. I think that if they want sports to be clean than they should have two leagues for every sport: one clean and one open for whatever they want to do to their bodies for our entertainment.

It should be noticed that the biggest cheaters in sports history have never been caught. Boxing is one of the easiest and is very corrupt to this day, but we didn't list any boxers here.

I went with Donaghy because he was a ref who directly affected the outcome of the games to his profit. I am sure he is not the only one, and I am sure that it goes across all sports. I have watched many sporting events where the refs make ridiculously bad calls in game changing situations where I have just shook my head and thought that it was obviously rigged.

FIBA is pretty bad.

I don't consider bribery for hosting sites "cheating." that's just pure corruption. Doing things that affect the on-field product is cheating IMO.

FIBA is also quite bad. See the 2004 olympics for basketball.

Can't be Donaghy when Stern was the one pulling the strings for actual game events.

Harding...i don't know if that's cheating technically. That's just a straight up crime.

It's hard to separate Brady and BB and I highly doubt tom brady said "no Bill, I don't want all the secrets gained from your illegal cheating cameras." But Brady also didn't violate the NFL's concussion protocol or take out headset communications...so I think BB would need to be #1 with Brady no better than 2.

We have no idea what the level of PED use even for the guys listed....and the statistical evidence for their effect on performance has been minimal so far.

Rose....betting on your team isn't ideal, and more changes things for gambler.

Armstrong is one. We know it. But is he a bigger cheater than the rest of his competition. Didn't his main rival during that time also get busted for doping later on?

When we talk about the biggest cheater it has to be compared to the rest of his field IMO. Because cheating is so different in different sports.

So I'm gonna say BB for his long list of shady shit.

Another one was Don King. That Tyson /Holyfield was the biggest fixed fight I can ever remember. Obviously they found out that the female judge was paid I believe a million to throw it. Holyfield won in a landslide and should have never been a draw
