Yes it was and still is. Are you new here?
LOL, hey don't get so upset. To be honest, I don't know the NFL rules about videotapping or videotaping. I was just trying to make a point, if it's illegal, then they were cheating.

That's what I thought, you never know who you may be talking to, just saying Chester

My days of playing, watching and coaching hockey started almost 50 years ago. The chances that some jamoke from Pittsburgh is going to school me is pretty fucking slim.

The commish had sent a memo to teams stating where it was and wasn't legal to tape from. BB interpreted it in his own way, basically snubbing the commissioners office.
It really is a stupid rule in the sense you can tape from many locations inside the stadium yet a couple certain areas it's not legal:noidea:

Going with Tanya. Having someone try to take out the knee of a rival is taking it to another level. Armstrong a close second but he only tried (and on occasion succeeded) to ruin people's careers for exposing him or refusing to get with the doping program

Fair enough, but IMO if Goodell said it was illegal and BB interpreted in his own way and broke the rules, then really there is no argument on the subject. It might be a stupid rule to you and I, but we are not the commish.

If we're going to blame Brady for spygate, does that mean I get to blame Drew Brees for bountygate?

I and most Pat fans agree. BB broke the rule you won't get any argument from us.
This was Goodell's first major discipline issue. The NFL Czar has been going down hill ever since.
Look at what just came out today about the NFL trying to presuade the concussion study:nono:
Goodell needs to go.

Well that might be the opinion of most NFL fans. I really don't have an opinion on how well Goodell is doing his job. IMO the concussion study has nothing to do with BB and the Pats breaking NFL rules.

The second choice on the poll is:

Tom Brady - Deflate Gate/Spy Gate

So I guess that means OP is.
Okay fair enough, but I'm not blaming Brady for Spygate.

It doesn't have anything to do with Spygate. It does however put a large black cloud over the NFL. Way too many cover ups under Goodell's watch. He wants us all to buy his; it's all about integrity of the shield bs. If the owners weren't making so much $ Goodell would've been gone long ago.

Other going with Penn St letting Sandusky get away with it for so long, everyone turning a blind eye
I guess it depends on the context of the word cheating.

He technically cheated on his wife for years

I would go with Armstrong based on what he did to others, based on the poll title.

If the title was, "Who is the biggest cheater and being an asshole about it", then Belichick wins hands down.

If someone had turned in Sandusky and say Paterno or other AD people knew , then Penn St would have been put on probation, and ineligible for Bowl games. Not talking about Sandusky cheating but the Penn St program
