I haven't seen enough of Anthony Richardson or Trey Lance as starters in the NFL to include them but based on college they both have elite arm strength.

Trevor Lawrence also has a rifle. He'd be top 3 in most eras

Lawrence has a slightly above average arm, imo. Not close to Allen or Mahomes or some of the others mentioned.

1. Allen
2. Herbert
3. Mahomes
4. Levis
5. Stafford

I agree it's not in class with Allen or Mahomes but he has top tier prototypical arm strength.

I'm surprised Rodgers and especially Mayfield are not on the list, they are current QBs and have some of the strongest arms in history. Mayfield holds the record. Mahomes has a 69 yarder

An achilles at Rodgers' age is disqualifying, imo. Baker doesn't really have the easy velo off platform to be a serious S tier arm guy like peak Rodgers, Mahomes, Allen, Favre, Elway, etc. Baker has a much bigger arm than most would guess though. He's a stiff and rigid, albeit strong, thrower.
