He didn't want to move his family again and Houston went hard after him by giving him a raise and a silent agreement that he might be next in line(that last part is a guess but rumor going around.)

This had nothing to do with Chip because common sense he won't butt in on D. DC will have full control. Its actually a great situation who ever becomes the DC.

Next DC is getting some nice young talent. We will be fine. Im not worried on Defensive side. Our offense sucked and I know Chip will help us in that.
