Put the fucking bait away.

You're not going to fool anyone into thinking our Run Defense is bad. For shit sake.

Okay they aren't bad, but they aren't great either. Have they played any really good running teams this year? Purdue isn't a very good running team, and so wasn't Wisconsin, and they both ran for almost 200 yards against Nebraska.

Yes, I am upset about the loss.

I had very high expectations for this team in 2015. The schedule was EASY. The toughest games were in Lincoln. Nebraska should have had the season that Iowa is having.

This terrible, epic, losing season is my fault. I am sorry.

Please, spare me your poor, poor me for calling your bullshit out....You aren't responsible for the losses on the field....we get that you were VERY against the hire, and in case we haven't remembered you choose to remind us every fucking post you make!!!! How is that not gloating??? I don't believe for a minute you are upset about the loss....this season is all about you being "right".....you don't even have an open mind to discussing how divided is the team over the coaching change, has half the team quit on Riley? Is that Riley's fault or the Universities? No, all you give a fuck about is gloating...nothing to try and discuss what could be the problems and how to maybe go forward.....How do we merge a team that mostly loved Pelini to play for a guy like Riley trying to do completely different shit??? Do you really think it is fair to proclaim you are absolutely correct on your assessments of Riley under an extremely difficult first transition season given the fact he's lost so many close games....This loss today could easily have been our first loss of the season.....but every close loss, you dig in with your negativity and pounding your chest about how much a "loser" Riley is....

I mean, they ran the damn ball 40 times because we turned the ball over 5 times. They had a million possessions in this game. One run was a QB bust for 65 yards.

It's not like we had RB's going off on us. They just did a good job of mixing in run and pass on us all game. Gained little short yardage runs on us, especially in the 2nd half when our Offense finally had our Defense tired.

If our Pass D wasn't so damned bad, and our Offense wasn't so pathetic, our DL wouldn't be tired as shit by the time the 4th quarter came around.

Those guys are the only part of this team keeping us from getting blown clear the hell out.

And I should say, both teams had a million possessions in this game. It was some horrible football all around.

We actually outgained Purdue today.

Langsdorf lost the game today. Blough won it. Game didnt get out of reach until Fyfe's 4th TO, we were running the ball well early. Blough made some incredible throws. Aided by us having no one to rush the QB and field position. Hopefully Tommy is back next week for a bad passing D. I dont think Langsdorf is gonna change his opinion on what will give us success. He just doesnt trust our ability to run the ball. Trust seems to be a huge issue with players AND coaches.

Interesting fact. Bop lost to 1 team with a losing record in his entire 7 year tenure. I'm just saying. He probably still needed to go.

We just don't have the players to fit their system. They keep trying to force these players to do what they aren't good at.

Tommy needs to be back. He must be back.

But he won't be back. That's the unfortunate reality.

What I find that is rather amazing,

Is that some posters only attack posters that don't like the coaching staff and the hire, and never find any fault with the current coaching staff.

This is what I hear
"It was the previous coaching staff's fault."

"It is the players fault."

"it is the fans fault."

"It is a particular poster's fault."

Now, I realize that the other posters are just as angry about losing as I am but why take it out on people like me instead of what the true problem is, this is what I find rather amazing.

Do you read what the press is saying? You are going to have a whole bunch of people to go after about their "negativity."

Nebraska hit the low point since joining the Big Ten somewhere among all those big plays by the Boilermakers.”

"It’s up to Riley to prove he can fix a broken situation in Lincoln.”

"Hats off to Purdue. Unlike the Huskers they got fight in them today." Tommie Frazier

Nebraska (3-6, 1-4 Big Ten) suffered its sixth loss before November for the first time in school history.

You think I am the problem, I think the coaches are the problem. The true answer is that only one of us is actually at all the games, all the practices, watches all the game film, designs the game plans, and makes the decisions in the game.

Maybe you should think about asking them what their plans are to fix it.

More proof that Riley is worse than Callahan was.

What we learned – Purdue beats Nebraska, 55-45 - Purdue - News-Sentinel.com

The Purdue coaches watched film

Utilizing Blough as a dual threat was a special emphasis because coaches had noticed Nebraska vulnerability to the quarterback run.

“In the previous film we’d seen of their defense,” Hazell said, “they were playing a lot of man coverage on third down, and nobody had the quarterback. He was the unassigned guy. We knew if we could create some seams, get (receivers) running across the formation, they’d get their backs to him.”

Watching the presser, when Riley said that there were so MANY tackles for loss when running the ball. Huh?? The stupid call was that jet sweep at the Nebraska 10 or whatever, that pushed Nebraska back. Imani Cross did pretty well running up the middle. Newby ran very well in the first quarter.

If a tackle for loss is bad, how come interceptions, sacks, and incompletions aren't bad?

National Signing Day cannot get here soon enough.

A top notch coach and staff would still have some losses this season, but no one can tell me that they would still have 6 of them at this point in the season, and with the same players and the same injury problems we're seeing here.
