I at least personally came to this message board because it seemed like it actually had posters who cared about posting about football. Now that football is actually back and players are on the field I would like to think that most on here could get back to actually talking what happens on the field. Well because we both know Hammer is just never going to stop. You are going to have those on both sides. My guess is Rock Strongo will never stop either. I view you as a little more on the you would rather have a good football conversation than continue to feed the trolls kind of guy. Obviously can't get them all to stop but I figure the more of us that just stop talking about it and actually try to post football threads the more the subject will just slowly die. I doubt anyone (Hammer excluded) would say deflating footballs is worse. What I am saying is what Brady is accused of had A DIRECT FUCKING EFFECT on the game, commiting these types of crimes off the field has no effect on the game. Is it more of a black eye, sure it is but for the integrity of the game CHEATING is worse.

The people that are going to lose most in all of this are the fans of the NFL who won't get to see one of the great players of a generation play as many games as he can in the short time he has to play them. Off the field stuff needs to be irrelevant to the league or they will continue to water down their product. We are already missing one of the great WRs of our generation. The fan loses. Sheldon loses too, but more fans lose. I like football, people that like when these guys get suspended don't really like football. They like the drama instead of the game. We need more real football fans, but that isn't the way the league is going.
