It wasn't all the refs but it was the refs down the stretch and thats what matters in basketball games. Duke also had a guard get really, really hot. A player getting really hot is kinda what the playoffs is about. Its why the Giants won the World Series.

true. as far as i'm concerned Duke was better without those two tonight. and I can't help but feel the refs got duke to the line enough during that time frame to keep it close. sorry. i hate to blame the refs. but this was a god awful, gut wrenching last ten minutes to watch as a badger fan.

Sam Decker picked the worst time to have his worst performance. Trevon Jackson should be on the end of bench. Why the hell wasn't Big Frank getting the ball when Okafor was out? What a shit fest. More and more one and done(s) ruining college basketball. If it weren't for betting this game would be on the Lifetime network.

Duke had both its big men in huge foul trouble in the first half

WISCONSIN can only blame themselves.

They could easily have been up 10 at half.....but they really took STUPID shots in the first half...kept Duke alive.

I have to agree...although I've always thought the Vegas mob owned the big games.

But you have to win decisively against a big name...you know, like when Florida beat OSU in football and basketball that year.

I agree. Both times the Duke Bigs were in foul trouble Becky couldn't take advantage and squirted down their leg.

This game might have been the worst yet. When you can watch something in slow motion over and over and over again and still not make the right call... then what the fuck are people watching the game supposed to think? To watch the ball go off someone's finger and they still get to keep the ball... why would we think this is not somewhat fixed by officiating? But that's not the worst of it. Duke didn't play a good game tonight. They just played WAY out of control and got away w/a lot of shit. Watching a season end like this is just VERY disappointing.
