inconsistent the story of neb.

if we played smart and mistake free football we would have won. the rally was awesome but why do we gotta wait till the 4th qtr. the game was never really out of reach.

moral victories nah media ain't gonna care either

just a horrible way to end a game. so depressed. would have rather seen 3 incompletions or even sacks then that INT. agree that was the WRs fault. Didn't really like the play call, going an inside route like that when you only have 30 seconds left.

That's what I meant by calling safer passes especially in that situation, especially with a QB like TA.

Completely clicked with me that we won the game when Moore came down with it... And then I realized that he is a JV version of Kenny Bell.

Yeah he had the completion and he blew it.

I don't have much positive things to say. No other person but EL should be returning kicks for the next 4 yrs

just a few parting things.

Bo finally lost a close game. although, I still feel like it was a blowout.

Our O-line took a serious step back. But I put more blame on Beck and not calling some better plays to help them succeed. MSU fast edge rushing was just killing Tommy.

D - honestly, thought was pretty darn good. But our DBs have got to get their head turned and find the ball. That one long completion of MSU's in the 4th, probably could have been picked by Kalu if he turns and finds the ball, instead it was a completion and 1st down.

agree with El being our only kick returner, man that guy is awesome.

I don't know what the hell else we were supposed to run on offense, honestly. There aren't many plays that don't require an offensive line.

Yes he is awesome and if it wasn't for a terrible call by the refs with the phantom fair catch, he may have had two punt return TDs tonight

Indeed, Kalu face guarding isn't going to go over well, he had no idea where iif or when the ball was coming his way

I wanted to see playaction going to a TE just over the LBs. the LBs were running up immediately upon any move towards Ameer. so that playaction brings up the LBs, and we get people behind them and hit them. it's quick enough that Tommy shouldn't have felt pressure. that would have relieved the pressure on Ameer in the run game as well.

it seemed to me when we did run playaction, we weren't attacking the holes, but trying to hit the homerun.

Fair enough. I could see that. I think they were probably worried about Tommy throwing over the middle like that...last week he almost threw a pick on a play like that because a LB dropped and he didn't see him.

also Becks routes just don't have great design. I mean they would against a Jr High team but not against the likes of MSU. some of it, might also be Tommy's progression, he again, just gets so locked in on guys. Missed a wide open Moore for a TD, where we settled for a FG. Missed Westerkamp sitting in the perfect spot in a zone.
