inconsistent/mediocre pitchers have owned the Braves in the past. What was up with Burnett when Simmons came to bat? Did he not like that he swung for the fences on the first strike or something? Seemed pretty ridiculous to be upset by that

I didn't see Burnett's reaction. Even though it was most likely unintentional , Simmons did show him up spinning around three times after he swung and missed the pitch.

And Burnett is better than mediocre. I just don't think he should be pitching with a hernia injury, but he was phenomenal today
