And Burnett is better than mediocre. I just don't think he should be pitching with a hernia injury, but he was phenomenal today

he's just inconsistent from what I've seen is all. Talking to Yankees fans(yeah I know it's not exactly credible) they hated that. After today however it looks to be a great pick up even with the injury thats supposedly still bothering him

Yeah, I'd agree with that. He was awful in New York, but was a great pitcher for Pittsburgh. It's too bad his contract fucking blows

I didn't see Burnett's reaction. Even though it was most likely unintentional , Simmons did show him up spinning around three times after he swung and missed the pitch.

I don't think he was really showing him up. He was just trying to have a little fun now that "buzz killington" McCann is not around to make everyone stick to his stupid unwritten rules.
